GDE srl developed a system to mix cork and PU foam, to adapt at any casting plant with open mold already present in the market. Thanks to this system, is possible to produce soles more comfortable, improving shoes quality.

This system allows to feed cork directly in the mixing chamber controlled by an auxiliary electrical panel.
