Semiautomatic machine: the operator gives the casting or pre-casting to go -ahead through a switch. The mixing head is put on a pantographed support fastened to the mixing device; it's counterbalanced with a pneumatic cylinder kept under pressure by a regulator of precision. It allows the operator to get closer to the "Z" axis and find the exact point for the casting in a very short time. The support is articulated and all the remote controls are very easy to reach. Moreover, the supporter, out of use, could be refolded and blocked without hampering the workers' job around it. |
